Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join a vibrant culinary team in a newly established pub setting. This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 PA along with an equal share of gratuities and a bonus scheme.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in a modern kitchen that has undergone significant investment, ensuring the delivery of both traditional pub fare and innovative dishes. As the Sous Chef, you will take charge of kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef and contribute to menu creation while leading the culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage team dynamics.
  • Assist in maximizing profitability through effective GP management.
  • Participate in the training and development of kitchen staff.
