We are seeking a skilled Logistics Shift Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Competitive salary up to £32,265 (dependent on experience)
  • 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime
  • 13:30 - 22:00, 5 out of 7 days per week
  • Permanent position with opportunities for career growth

As a Logistics Shift Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the warehouse team to ensure efficient and effective operation
  • Coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitoring and controlling inventory levels
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of warehouse management systems
