About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team at VolkerHighways, a leading provider of highways and street lighting maintenance contracts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of our Street Lighting Contract in Somerset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all allocated commercial and contractual matters on the contract
  • Effectively manage an assistant surveyor to deliver the project
  • Hold an accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES)
  • Adequate experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and/or Quantity Surveyor
