Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Talent Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, conducting maintenance and repair tasks, and implementing preventive maintenance measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing equipment maintenance and repair tasks
  • Conducting electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks
  • Implementing preventive maintenance measures to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Managing maintenance schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Requirements:
  • Apprentice trained or Level 3 qualified in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting with a strong understanding of equipment maintenance and repair
  • PLC experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong technical knowledge in relevant engineering areas
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £47,800 (inclusive of basic salary, call out & shift pay)
  • A 4 shift rotation pattern with on call every fourth week
  • Overtime at an enhanced rate
  • Annual company bonus
  • 22 days holiday + Bank holidays, with additional days after continued service
  • Pension Employer contributions 5%
