Your role will involve providing expert advice on project execution both before and after contract signing across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from the concept phase through to successful completion.
- Advise on project execution strategies both pre and post-contract.
- Assess workload requirements and formulate resource allocation strategies to meet project demands.
- Develop, track, and manage budgets ensuring value for money.
- Implement robust methods for monitoring project advancement.
- Supervise financial and business planning activities.
- Offer specialized insights on procurement methodologies.
- Effectively utilize cost estimation software.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
- Proven track record in workload assessment and resource planning.
- Extensive experience in budget preparation, monitoring, and management.
- Strong proficiency in project tracking techniques and processes.
- Exceptional skills in business and financial planning.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies.
- Familiarity with cost estimation tools.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or an HNC in Building Studies.
