We are seeking a meticulous Financial Reporting Specialist to enhance our finance department. This position entails aiding in the formulation and evaluation of financial documents, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements, and providing support to the finance team in diverse reporting and analytical functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure that financial documents meet regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Generate cash flow forecasts and reports.
  • Support the upkeep and reconciliation of the general ledger.
  • Engage in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Guarantee compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct variance analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and discrepancies.
  • Perform financial analysis to aid in decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and reports.
  • Compile ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as requested by management.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA in business administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial reporting or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and communication capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
