Simpson Judge Ltd is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity within a well-established Legal 500 firm. We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to support a team of Private Client Solicitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiating files and new matters within the Case Management system.
  • Drafting client care letters and service plans.
  • Preparing and composing correspondence and standard documents for fee earners.
  • Conducting searches and compiling preliminary reports on findings and title documents.
  • Communicating with clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth file management for fee earners.
  • Performing audio typing from a digital dictation system.
  • Utilizing Outlook for managing diaries and scheduling client and departmental meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in a Private Client department is essential.
  • Personable and approachable demeanor.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proactive and motivated attitude.
  • Strong ICT proficiency.
