**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Betting Office Trainee Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the shop and marketing our products and services to the highest possible standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in the preparation of the shop, including setting up displays and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers

• Market our products and services to customers, promoting our brand and building customer loyalty

• Supervise staff when managing, ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing guidance and support as needed

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer information

**Requirements**

• Aged 18 or over

• Keen interest in sports and betting (full training provided)

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**What We Offer**

• Competitive hourly rate of £11.68 per hour

• Extra 20p per hour responsibility allowance when qualified and responsible for the shop
