Cyber Search Partners is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Training Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Blue Team Instructor, you will play a critical role in educating and training the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

About the Role

This is a relocation position, and you will be responsible for leading and delivering advanced training programs at one of our Cyber Academies. Your expertise and guidance will help students develop essential skills and knowledge to protect organizations against cyber threats effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and maintain up-to-date blue team training materials, ensuring they align with the latest industry standards and best practices.
  • Lead instructor-led training sessions, both in-classroom and through online platforms, to impart knowledge and practical skills in areas such as threat detection, incident response, and network security.
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to students, offering real-world insights and advice to help them develop into proficient blue team professionals.
  • Evaluate student progress, performance, and skill development through regular assessments, assignments, and feedback sessions, and provide constructive input for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to ensure the training curriculum remains relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field, such as cybersecurity, information technology, or computer science.
  • Proven experience in a blue team role, including incident response, threat detection, and network security.
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or instructing adults, preferably in a formal educational setting.
  • Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
