• Collaborate with the Sous Chef to maintain consistent 5-star service standards and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
• Demonstrate expertise in specialized culinary techniques and contribute to menu development and innovation under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and standards, with a focus on portion control and waste reduction.
• Monitor and adapt to a demanding environment, ensuring effective communication with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Take initiative to address any issues or challenges during service, maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering exceptional service with a welcoming attitude.
• Oversee the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards, ensuring full compliance with all food hygiene and health and safety regulations.

• Proven experience in a similar role, with strong culinary skills and a comprehensive understanding of safe food handling practices and food rotation procedures.
• Ability to work autonomously, producing high-quality food and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Excellent people skills for smooth collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house teams, with a passion for cooking and developing with the team.
• Effective problem-solving skills for quick, practical resolutions in a fast-paced kitchen.
