Business Development Manager

Vontier is seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to lead and manage our Service Account Management team. As a key member of the Aftermarket Management team, you will drive strategic growth activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Service Account Managers to develop strong strategic relationships with customers.
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive new initiatives and strategic growth activities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure customer satisfaction and business results.
- Provide guidance and support to Service Account Managers to enhance contractual activities and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in leading, driving, and motivating teams within an account management or customer servicing environment.
- Successful track record in establishing strong and long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in operating in matrix operational structures.
- Customer-focused individual with experience managing demanding customers in a customer-led organization.
- Ability to operate at a strategic level and operational level to drive and support business results.
- Commercial (B2B) background with knowledge of contractual commitments and legal requirements in a service-oriented operation.
