About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in identifying and recruiting Teachers & Support Staff for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit Teachers & Support Staff through various methods, including advertising roles and sourcing candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct initial interviews and screen CVs to ensure the best candidates are presented to clients.
- Make sales calls and attend meetings to promote our services and close deals.
- Work closely with our team to achieve targets and deadlines, and contribute to the growth and success of Long-term Teachers Ltd.
