About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Miller & Carter - Leeds Light. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement menu plans to meet customer demands
  • Manage food ordering, preparation, and stock control to optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to drive kitchen operations and achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
