We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Producer to join our team at The Lost Estate. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative, financial, and operational aspects of our productions.

As a Senior Producer, you will work closely with our Executive Producer, senior leadership team, and freelance creative, production, and performance teams to ensure the successful delivery of our productions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Producing: Identifying, recruiting, and contracting creative and performing teams for our productions, including negotiating and drafting deal terms.
  • Event Producing: Realizing production concepts from idea to reality, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with creative integrity.
  • General Management: Ensuring productions run smoothly and at a consistently high standard across their performance lifecycle.
  • Production Talent Acquisition and Management: Recruiting, contracting, and line managing creative, performer, and running team personnel.
  • Licensing/JVs: Identifying, developing, and leveraging strategic partnerships to grow The Lost Estate in the UK and internationally.
  • Commercial Forecasting and Management: Working closely with our senior leadership team to identify strong commercial models for our productions.
Requirements
  • Considerable experience in theatrical and/or event producing, working on complex and large-scale productions.
  • Experience producing commercial productions, IP licensing, complex contractual negotiations, and touring productions.
  • Superb network of strategic partnerships that can be leveraged to grow The Lost Estate.
  • Ability to bring new and transformative processes to the department and inspire and effectively lead our creative, production, and running teams.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
  • 30 days annual leave, including public holidays, plus an additional day for your birthday.
