About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled External Communications Officer to join our team at SOAS University of London. As a key member of the Marketing, Student Recruitment and Admissions team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering engaging external and internal communications that showcase the university's values and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and create written, audio, and visual content about learning, teaching, research, and other activities for a wide range of audiences.
  • Liaise with colleagues across the School to generate new content, plan, and execute its dissemination.
  • Support the External Communications Manager in delivering a strong public profile for SOAS nationally and internationally.
  • Collaborate with other teams to support media engagement, key public events, fundraising, and alumni activities.
