This role is essential in providing outstanding service and support in the management of new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments, ensuring that our clients receive the most suitable coverage and pricing options available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in meeting client retention goals by delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to devise effective renewal strategies and participate in client meetings as needed.
  • Gather renewal terms and present them to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute professional summaries and reports using company templates.
  • Ensure timely issuance of renewal documentation in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Manage premium collection prior to the initiation of coverage, adhering to company protocols.
  • Prioritize and execute all tasks promptly and accurately.
  • Address all inquiries, whether written or verbal, in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with service standards.
  • Document all relevant information and correspondence accurately in our systems.
  • Produce precise and professional documentation consistently using appropriate templates.
  • Process adjustments according to established procedures, including notifications to insurers and the issuance of revised documentation.
  • Refer complex queries to senior staff as necessary.
  • Support and collaborate with other branches and resources as required.
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Comprehensive understanding of various general insurance classes and adherence to ethical standards.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate insurance is required.
  • Commitment to personal development and staying current through e-learning and professional qualifications.
Skills Required:
  • Strong technical insurance skills, evaluated through regular assessments.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Efficient processing of work with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional client service and negotiation skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to analyze client information effectively.
  • Ability to tailor communication to match clients' understanding.
  • Proficiency in influencing and persuading stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • A-levels are desirable.
  • Certification in Insurance is a plus.
