Car Delivery Driver Job Description

Forde Automotive, a leading provider of car delivery services, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Car Delivery Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and collecting vehicles in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to client and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and collect vehicles as directed, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Accurately complete collection and delivery reports, meeting client and customer expectations.
  • Report any vehicle accidents, damages, or faults promptly, in accordance with company policy.
  • Adhere to HSE policies and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
  • Provide professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service, in line with company policy.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues calmly.
  • Valid full driving license held for a minimum of 5 years, due to commercial insurance requirements.
  • No more than 6 points accepted for minor driving offenses.

This is a temporary position, with the possibility of leading to ongoing assignments or permanent roles.
