Lead a Team in the Insurance Industry

We're seeking a seasoned Insurance Team Leader to join our team in Sleaford. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the insurance industry, fostering strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and drive team performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a deep understanding of the insurance industry and its complexities.
  • Collaborate with the Broking Manager to develop and implement processes and procedures that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure team members are meeting their objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of commercial and personal lines.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as CII or ACII, are highly desirable.
