We Are Aspire Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the activation and ongoing maintenance of key client campaigns across display, video, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and execute campaign activations for multiple key clients, ensuring seamless integration with our creative suite and ad server data points.
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure quality assurance standards are met, and campaign deliverables are aligned with client expectations.
- Develop strong relationships with our partner media agencies, communicating clearly on campaign deliverables and ensuring timely execution.
- Work closely with our strategy team to implement client-approved strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with our analytics team to ensure ad serving set-ups meet client reporting needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital operations, with a focus on campaign management, trafficking, and programmatic activation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with expertise in spreadsheets, pivot tables, and key formulas.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical approach to work and strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, with clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with ad server set-ups, including Doubleclick, Sizmek, and Flashtalking.
- Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS, with an understanding of their capabilities.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
