Are you a motivated and results-driven individual looking to launch or advance your career in the property industry? We're seeking a talented Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Gascoigne-Pees, a leading estate agency in Esher.

About the Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a crucial role in generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion. You'll work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to meet sales targets
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Progress lets through to exchange and completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
