Director of Water Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Civil Engineer to join our team as an Associate Director in the Water Sector at iO Associates - UK/EU.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Leadership: Lead and direct technical design teams, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with relevant industry standards.
- Project Development: Define project briefs, scope of work, and contribute to bid proposals to drive business growth.
- Project Management: Manage time and budgets to achieve key project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with UK and international teams to deliver integrated design solutions, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Quality Assurance: Set and maintain quality assurance standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Capability Development: Develop and manage water engineering capabilities within the practice, driving business growth and expansion.
- Chartered Civil Engineer Status: Possess Chartered Civil Engineer status, demonstrating expertise and professionalism in the field.
- Design Delivery Experience: Strong experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design, with a proven track record of success.
- Water Engineering Expertise: In-depth knowledge of water and wastewater treatment, hydraulics, and collection systems, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
