Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong background in traditional build units.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificate.
  • Industry-related qualification or trade background.
