  • Commitment to obtaining a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management within three years of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and assist the Registered Manager in prioritizing team workloads.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £38 per hour plus an additional £50.
  • The role will require a flexible rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
  • Annual leave entitlement is 20 days per year, in addition to bank and public holidays.
  • Membership in the Workplace Pension Scheme is provided.
