Key Responsibilities- Integration and Test Planning: Develop and execute integration and test plans, procedures, and reports to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
- System Configuration and Troubleshooting: Configure and troubleshoot networked systems and devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze user, system, and software requirements to develop effective integration and test strategies.
- System Testing: Conduct system, sub-system, and component level integration and testing to ensure the highest quality of our systems.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Document system configurations and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle, and generate and maintain detailed records of integration and test activities.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to agree on integration approaches, provide status updates, and support system acceptance.
- System Assurance: Ensure traceability of requirements through verification and validation processes, and actively consider system assurance focused on fitness for purpose in the definition and execution of SI&T activities.
- Experience: Proven experience in integrating complex systems of hardware and software, and proficiency in system integration methodologies and tools.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of network protocols, tactical and public RF communications systems and architectures, and experience in configuring and troubleshooting networked systems and devices.
- Soft Skills: High level of precision and accuracy in performing integration and test tasks, experience with defect raising and tracking, and familiarity with network diagnostic and monitoring tools such as Wireshark.
- Development and Execution of SI&T Plans: Proficiency in developing and executing SI&T plans, procedures, and reports.
- Test Case Development: Competence in writing and executing test cases, test scripts, automated tests, and HMI-driven tests.
- Model-Based Design and Testing: Knowledge of model-based design and testing methodologies.
- Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with tools such as GIT, JIRA, Sparx EA, and TestRail.
