About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is passionate about their field and keen to work alongside a team of skilled, supportive, and friendly surveyors. The successful candidate will be primarily engaged in schemes within the education sector, encompassing both private and public institutions, as well as universities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct building surveys and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
  • Develop and implement building design plans, including roof replacements and internal alterations.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain the integrity of listed buildings.

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or equivalent.
  • Proven experience or interest in the education sector.
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of building design software.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
