Legal Secretary Opportunity

Avocet Commercial Careers is excited to present a unique opportunity for a skilled Legal Secretary to join a prestigious law firm's commercial real estate team.

This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic team in a growing organisation, where you will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Real Estate team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new enquiries, ensuring efficient triage and follow-up
  • Handle filing, billing, and credit control tasks
  • Assist with Land Registry applications
  • Manage diaries and perform general secretarial duties
  • Support the team in all aspects of non-legal advisor work
Requirements:
  • Previous legal experience as a secretary or administrator, ideally in property or real estate
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a busy, professional environment
