Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at EA First Ltd. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our leadership teams on all HR matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Coach and support managers in implementing and developing good people practices, including case management support for performance, maternity, paternity, and long-term sickness.
  • Ensure all promotions and changes of roles are managed within the agreed framework.
  • Assist with benchmarking and the salary review process.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of a HR plan, working collaboratively with the HR team.
  • Lead on and work with the HR team on bespoke project work, ensuring the integrity of all HR data.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Experience of leading on HR projects and working in partnership with business teams.
