These alumni continue to spearhead market innovations, and in this position, you will facilitate the collaboration that underpins their achievements.

This role presents a unique opportunity for an individual who excels in relationship-building and is passionate about creating global networks and sharing expert insights to innovate the future of our industry. You will lead, contribute to, represent, and facilitate the activities of Lloyd's Lab, aiming to accelerate successful innovation within the Lloyd's market, particularly as the primary coordinator of the Lloyd's Lab Accelerator Alumni Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the establishment and daily operations of the Lloyd's Lab Alumni Program.
  • Continuously seek enhancements to optimize the efficiency of the Lloyd's Lab Alumni Program.
  • Design and implement strategic improvements to the Lloyd's Lab Alumni Program.
  • Assist in the execution of other Lloyd's Lab initiatives and innovation support workstreams.
  • Manage the organization and execution of Lloyd's Lab events, including pitch days, trade shows, demo days, networking, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate, in collaboration with external partners where applicable, the setup of the Lab.
  • Deliver presentations on the Lloyd's Lab to key stakeholders, including Insurtech Associations and the Lloyd's market, in conjunction with the Corporate Affairs team.
  • Provide informed content and briefings for corporate colleagues, including the Senior Leadership Team, CEO, and Chairman regarding Lloyd's Lab activities.
  • Represent Lloyd's Lab at external meetings, steering committees, trade conferences, roundtables, or other stakeholder events, bringing insights into the insurance market and Lloyd's.
  • Establish and maintain essential relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and commercial opportunities for the Corporation and the Lloyd's market.
  • Support, mentor, and manage the daily tasks of junior colleagues, including graduates and interns.
