We are currently partnering with a Local Authority to assist in the recruitment of a Community Safety Officer. This position is offered on a temporary contract basis, with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and client needs.

Compensation: £20.16 per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of anti-social behavior, offering comprehensive support to affected individuals.
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to develop and execute effective strategies.
  • Manage correspondence and suggest suitable legal measures in conjunction with the Council's Legal Department.
  • Engage with individuals in their residences, and prepare for and participate in legal proceedings as necessary.
  • Play an integral role within the Tenancy Services Division, overseeing all matters related to anti-social behavior in line with Council protocols.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role focused on anti-social behavior within the housing sector.
  • Experience with the QL Housing Management System is advantageous.

Additional Information:

  • Immediate availability or a short notice period is essential.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.K. is required.
