Role: Key Account Executive – supporting our North America market

Location: Malmesbury (hybrid)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

IMSM is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to manage key account relationships, ensuring customer success and engagement in our North America region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the customer onboarding process by setting up new partners
  • Lead change projects to improve efficiency and quality of service across the sales cycle
  • Manage key account relationships to drive customer success and engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot and IMSMLoop)

Requirements:

  • Experience working in account management or customer success/support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find innovative solutions
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to tailor communication style based on context and audience
  • Confidence with technology and ability to maintain and optimize a CRM system
