Job Advert Location Description
Our client referral coordinators are integral members of a growing team within our 24/7 Contact Centre.
This position involves managing both incoming and outgoing inquiries to assist private clients across the Priory Group. Exceptional customer service abilities, a professional telephone demeanor, proficiency in computer applications, and the capacity to meet Centre KPIs are essential.
Full-time positions are available, and candidates must be adaptable regarding working hours to accommodate rotating shift schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external clients. Handle external calls from private clients and online inquiries. Ensure all inquiries are accurately recorded and updated in the designated database in accordance with established processes and SLAs using the Salesforce system.FLEXIBILITY - Candidates must be willing to adjust to the shift patterns required by the 24/7 operation.
