Position Overview

Our client, a prominent multi-disciplinary consultancy, is currently in search of a Junior Building Surveyor to enhance their expanding London office. The ideal candidate will engage in both advisory and consulting capacities, concentrating on the project-driven elements of the firm.

Project Details

Project values typically range from £500,000 to £6 million and generally encompass:

  • Private refurbishments
  • Major façade remediation
  • Exterior renovation contracts
  • Internal common area design works

This role is predominantly office-based, with site visits required as necessary. While projects are distributed nationwide, efforts are made to keep them as regional as possible, leveraging the consultancy's various offices across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Building Surveyor will be tasked with:

  • Managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Acting as either contract administrator or lead consultant/project manager
  • Conducting defect analysis
  • Implementing planned maintenance programming
Position Requirements
  • Full driving license is essential
