About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dolywern, a care home for adults with physical disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes, to promote independence and dignity.
- Escort and assist residents in and around the service, at external events, and appointments, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging residents to achieve their individual aspirations and goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, contributing to the overall quality of care and service delivery.
