Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MOT Tester to join our busy service team in Edenbridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is maintained, while working with a company that genuinely cares about its colleagues and maintains some of the most pristine and prestigious showrooms and workshops in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and accurate vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with MOT regulations
  • Use modern diagnostic equipment to identify and repair any defects or issues
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet productivity targets and deadlines
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Relevant MOT Tester qualification
  • Experience working in a main automotive dealer or similar environment
  • VOSA approved MOT tester (desirable)
  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair NVQ or equivalent
  • Full UK driving license
