Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at PPM Recruitment. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and gardens of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the grounds and gardens of our clients' properties, including grass cutting, edging, strimming, hedge cutting, and pruning.
  • Use mowers and powered tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Work as part of a small team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Supervise and assist junior team members as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance and gardening.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
