Job Summary:
Randstad Care is seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Worker to join our team. As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality casework and assessments for children with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough Care Act assessments to identify the needs of children and their families
- Develop and implement effective intervention plans to support children's development and well-being
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for children and families
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on child development and mental health
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in child development and social work
Requirements:
- Registered Social Worker with Social Work England
- Relevant social work qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in social work, preferably in child development or mental health
- Experience working with children with complex needs and their families
