Relief Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Estates Office team as a Relief Housekeeping Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and securing Crossreach Property, ensuring the building remains wind and watertight, and reporting any issues to the Estates Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct weekly visits to perform security and maintenance checks
- Ensure the building remains secure and well-maintained
- Report any issues or concerns to the Estates Office
- Facilitate access for meter readings, water board inspections, emergency services, and occasional ground maintenance
- Reliable and dependable means of transport
- Strong sense of responsibility and respect for Christian worship
- Organized and detail-oriented with high standards of property upkeep
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
