Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned tickets and prioritize based on business impact.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues promptly and positively.
  • Ensure new hires or transfers are properly provisioned.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of IT-related inventory, including cables, routers, adapters, and other necessary equipment.
  • Support projects across the organization as needed.
  • Provide support for PLM applications.

Qualifications

  • Possess or be willing to pursue a related NVQ Level 3.
  • A valid driving license is preferred.
  • Previous IT experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments.
  • Basic understanding of networking.
  • Experience with PLM applications.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and within a support team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
  • Excellent listening skills to understand technical issues and provide clear feedback.
  • Maintain a calm and positive demeanor, especially during technical challenges.
  • Professional telephone communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capable of communicating effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
