The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our dedicated medical team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services. Main Responsibilities- Support the expansion of our innovative Frailty Virtual Ward in the Mid and South Essex ICS.
- Work across the three community providers that deliver the Frailty Virtual Ward.
- Take full and independent responsibility for delivering services without direct supervision.
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
- Evidence of completion of specialist training or equivalent.
- MD/PhD or other higher degree.
- Evidence of thorough and broad training and experience in the specialty.
- Experience of inter-agency working and teaching trainees/multidisciplinary staff.
- Able to manage frailty in Acute and community care.
