About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our Healthcare Regulatory Team, dealing with a range of regulatory cases including inquests, Court of Protection, Deprivation of Liberty and Information Law matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthcare Regulatory with exposure to advocacy and a solid understanding of the healthcare regulatory market.

The successful candidate will be able to handle a caseload from straightforward to complex matters and have a pragmatic and methodical approach to handling a variety of cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with a range of regulatory cases including inquests, Court of Protection, Deprivation of Liberty and Information Law matters
  • Have experience in Healthcare Regulatory with exposure to advocacy
  • Handle a caseload from straightforward to complex matters
  • Have a solid understanding of the healthcare regulatory market
Requirements
  • A qualified solicitor with 1+ years PQE
  • Experience in Healthcare Regulatory matters
  • Previous exposure to advocacy is essential
  • Strong technical and organisation skills
  • A pragmatic and methodical approach to handling a variety of cases
