We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Psychologist to lead our Crisis and Home Treatment team as Principal Clinical Psychologist. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the First Response pathway and contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our community.

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the Crisis and Home Treatment team
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans for individuals with complex mental health needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways
• Contribute to the development of mental health services and policies
• Provide training and education to staff on mental health topics

• Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology as accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS)
• Post-doctoral training in one or more additional specialized areas of psychological practice
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Substantial experience of working as a qualified clinical psychologist
• Experience of providing consultation, training, support, and supervision to other professionals and non-professionals
