Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our operations within the healthcare sector.

Position Overview:
This is a permanent, full-time position with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, following a standard working schedule of 8am to 4:30pm.

Role Scope:
This is a mobile position covering a designated region.

Essential Qualifications:
  • At least one of the following qualifications is required:
    • BTEC City & Guilds along with relevant experience and training.
    • Registered Gas Safe Engineer with ACS qualifications in both Domestic and Commercial Gas Installations.
    • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
    • Formal apprenticeship or craft-trained equivalent.
Additional Requirements:
  • A valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Comfortable utilizing technology for job logging.
  • Availability for on-call duties.
  • Industry experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other technical teams.
Compliance and Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and wellbeing policies.
  • Implement new or revised practices and policies within your work area.
  • Deliver scheduled, reactive, and remedial maintenance services as directed.
  • Perform tasks including fault finding, minor repairs, and maintaining critical equipment.
  • Assess complex technical issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
