Position Overview: Staffline is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee operations in a dynamic environment.
Compensation: £15+ per hour
Shift Schedule: 4 days on, 3 nights on, followed by 4 days off, then 3 days on, 4 nights on, and 4 days off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain optimal staffing levels within the control room, ensuring that only licensed CCTV operators manage the system.
- Lead the shift, addressing any challenges or issues that arise promptly.
- Identify training needs and conduct training on established procedures, ensuring compliance with company documentation.
- Ideal candidates will be 18 years or older, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering a friendly and professional service. Previous security experience and an SIA license are advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive SIA training will be provided.
