**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement effective supplier relationship management strategies to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost savings.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, potential new suppliers, and assess risks and opportunities in the supply market.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate sourcing and procurement earlier into the source-to-pay process and align category strategies with business needs.
* Provide training and development opportunities to team members, acting as a mentor, coach, and leader.
* Manage conflicts and resolve issues with stakeholders and suppliers to maintain relationships and prevent business disruptions.
* Champion safety, quality, delivery, and cost with suppliers to ensure requirements are met consistently.
* Possess a basic understanding of the financial cost structure associated with a supply chain.
