**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team at Liberty. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks across various construction disciplines, including joinery, plumbing, and maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Repair and renew roofing trusses, soffit fascia, and barge boards
  • Repair and renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, and flooring
  • Repair and renew doors, door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling
  • Repair and renew kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes
  • Repair and replace ironmongery on doors and windows
  • Repair and renew timber and UPVC window frames
  • Reglaze timber fencing and gates
  • Carry out minor plumbing activities and patching, plastering, and wall and floor tiling

**Requirements**

  • Served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
  • Experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms and Disabled adaptations
  • Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline
  • Plastering trade discipline (desirable)
  • Ability to carry out multi-skill trades
  • Housing Association experience is essential
  • Driving licence is essential
  • Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and have own tools
