About the Role

We're seeking an experienced tech lead with entrepreneurial ambitions to join our team at Founders Factory as a Tech Cofounder/CTO at Regeno. As part of the founding team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the product and business strategy, leveraging your expertise in ag-tech and geospatial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our MVP, adapting to changing business needs and design partner requirements.
  • Oversee the growth of the tech team, setting up the technical capabilities for future expansion.
  • Take ownership of platform development, making informed decisions on technical architecture and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the team to prioritize the roadmap and deliver the MVP, enabling us to serve our growing membership base.
  • Ensure the systems architecture and infrastructure are scalable and support growth.
  • Implement best practices, utilizing advances in AI and machine learning.
  • Contribute to product strategy and commercial goals, identifying opportunities to deliver customer value.
  • Participate in shaping the strategic direction of the business and fundraising process.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience developing complex platforms, integrating distinct data sources and models.
  • Ability to deliver product in a tech startup environment with speed.
  • Experience working within an agile environment.
  • Knowledge and passion for ag-tech, including regulatory requirements and liaising with agronomists/researchers.
  • Knowledge of the latest practices in AI and machine learning, with the ability to creatively apply them.
  • Experience with API integrations and building full-stack applications.
