Job Title: Paediatric Nurse - Complex Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a Paediatric Nurse - Complex Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver bespoke care and support to young people with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and training to families and carers on complex care needs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to complex care

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months experience in the last 2 years in paediatric complex careRecent experience in deep suctioning, mechanical cough assist, care of peg-J, percussion/vibrations, and administration of medication including buccalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills

21:00 - 07:00 Sunday to Thursday
