We are seeking an experienced Syndicate/Lloyd's reporting specialist to assume a hybrid Syndicate/Strategic Business Partner role within our team at IPS Group.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage Third Party Finance providers to ensure timely and accurate internal MI and Lloyd's regulatory reporting.
- Produce Lloyd's returns for a new Captive Syndicate.
- Prepare internal finance reporting to Board, Committees, and MGA partners.
- Manage treasury, including coordination with Third-Party Providers to ensure sufficient liquidity.
- Support the audit process to ensure efficient and timely audit cycles.
- Develop procedures to aid continual improvement within the MGA finance area.
- Document processes, procedures, and accounting papers as required.
- Review MI and regulatory reporting provided by Third Party Finance providers.
- Collaborate with the internal project team to assist in all finance-related activities associated with onboarding new MGA's.
- Relevant experience is deemed as an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) in conjunction with experience of a Lloyd's Syndicate and Lloyd's Regulatory Reporting.
