Location: South West London

We are seeking a qualified and seasoned Refrigeration Engineer to provide exceptional service for our diverse clientele across multiple sites.

  • Compensation: Up to £48,791 annually, based on expertise
  • Overtime: Paid at time and a half, with potential earnings averaging £12,000 per year.
  • Pay Structure: Door to door pay
  • Bonus: 4% bonus contingent on target achievement (historically awarded)
  • Vehicle: Company van (available for personal use) and fuel card
  • Equipment: Smartphone, tools, uniform, and PPE provided

To qualify, candidates must possess a valid UK driver's license and relevant refrigeration engineering experience. This role offers a pathway for career advancement within a recognized facilities management provider.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the optimal maintenance and performance of supermarket refrigeration systems in your designated area.

As an engineer with Arcus Solutions, you will experience a dynamic work environment, traveling to various client locations while delivering high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing, and repair tasks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid UK driver's license
  • Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer
  • C&G 2079 / F-GAS certification
  • Strong communication abilities and work ethic
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations

Desirable Qualifications (training provided):

  • CO2 Qualification
  • Experience in supermarket refrigeration

Additional Information:

This role requires participation in an on-call rotation of 1 in 4.
