Job Opportunity: Senior Marine P&I Broker

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Marine P&I Insurance professional to join our team as a Senior Marine P&I Broker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business and identifying new revenue streams, capitalizing on the growth from an existing portfolio of global P&I business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the P&I business, including identifying new revenue streams and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive new business and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to bring ideas and strategies to grow the business.
  • Take on a leadership role, with opportunities for progression to become the Head of P&I as the business goes through a phase of succession planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marine P&I Insurance professional, with a strong track record of driving new business and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategies to grow the business.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to take on a leadership role and drive growth and development within the team.
